Kombucha Brewing Adventures
While perusing my yoga blogs today I came across a Valentine’s special that made me think about brewing my own Kombucha again. As the wife of a brewer, of beer, and a DIY-er, one who loves Kombucha, I think the time has come for me to learn how to brew this vinegary concoction.
The special was running at Brooklyn Kombucha who has the sweetest brewing website!
So…where do I begin? This Valentine’s special is a great deal…BUT…
Surely the beer brewing supplies we have laying around would suffice for a lot of things and I’m guessing our local brew store would have various hard to find ingredients that would be needed.
Alright, so I’m going to head on over to Instructables and explore their Kombucha archives to see what all I need to get started.
