Challenge Twenty One

Since the beginning of January I have been participating in a yoga challenge to do 21 classes in 30 days. I’ve been actively spending time on the mat 3 or more times a week in a studio with varied home practices. Sometimes up to 5 days a week!

The yoga crept into my writing here on my blog. #Yogacentric

I feel significantly stronger since jump-starting my yoga practice in November of last year. February is my four month anniversary of steady practice of yoga at 3 or more times a week.

Another side effect to all this yoga? Getting more stuff done and sleeping better. I find I am able to work on in depth projects for longer periods of time with more clarity and sleep comes easier, even sometimes napping! Yoga and Evernote, I can’t live without them!

During this time I also started brewing Kombucha! Yogis LOVE kombucha. Yes we do. And with me being so organized and well rested, I just needed to add something fun to the mix.
