Bottling the ‘Booch with Nikki
It had been too long since I had seen Nikki and knowing she was into Kombucha I initiated hang out session planning with the pretense of ‘booch things.
She was at the point where it was time to bottle her second batch and the first batch was ready to taste so we decided that a lunch and some bottling was in order to be followed by a tasting. She gave me one of her scobies and now I am ready to get started.
